A: I have been working in food service since 1997. I have been working as a trained chef since 2003.

A: All recipes on KitchenAcademic.com with such information are analyzed by Axxya Systems' product Nutritionist Pro. This company has worked or works with other US and worldwide food based organizations including, but not limited to, WeightWatchers®, Jenny Craig®, Whole Foods Market® and the USDA®. A: The Kitchen Academic Podcast is a bi-weekly, roughly half-hour podcast, hosted by Chef Markus. The topics will change from podcast to podcast.

A: There really isn't any 'rate' from consultation to consultation. Each experience is unique. Please contact me and let's talk about what it is you're hoping to achieve and we will see if i can help.
